Natural red Agate stones, genuine Black Obsidian and yellow Mookaite with rhinestones in silver metal accents and handmade charm with logo on a wire with ring clasp for strength. Added 2 cm extender for variable length. Women's medium is 20cm, 8 inches in total length including extender.
